A. Our nameplates are imprinted using a hot stamp process for long life.

Q. Why do you require payment with order?
A. We are making a custom product for you, we can't restock it and sell it to someone else if you decide you don't want it.

Q. Do I have to sign up at PayPal to pay with my credit card?
A. Yes, the process takes less than 1 minute.

Q. Do you accept checks for payment?
A. Yes, please add 7-10 days to delivery for the check to clear ( new accounts )

Q. Do I need a confirmation on re-orders?
A. Yes. We require confirmation on all orders.

Q. Is the workmanship guaranteed?
A. Yes, notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order, describe the defect and we will issue a returned merchandise
     authorization number to you. We will repair or at our option replace the defective parts.

Q. I belong to an association of similar businesses, can we get a discount if we all place our orders together ?
A. Yes, we offer highest quantity pricing for grouped orders of similar product. Orders must all be received
     at the same time and individual setup charges still apply when applicable.

TERMS:                       Due to the custom nature of the products sold on this website, payment is required with order.
                                        Credit Card orders are processed through our Verified Pay Pal Account. NO EXCEPTIONS.
                                        Company and Personal checks are accepted and must clear prior to order production.
                                        Items that are subject to over/under runs will be billed or credited accordingly.
ARTWORK:                Camera ready art is required before production will begin on any new order.
                                       Camera ready art is a black on white, at least 600 dpi.
                                       Electronic Files: Adobe Illustrator 8.0 ( ai )  Freehand 8.0 CorelDraw 10.0
                                       Layout must be in vector format. (all type must be converted to paths or outlines; all art
                                       and logos must be converted to paths)
PRODUCTION TIME:      New orders approx. 25 working days. Repeat orders approx 15 working days.
SET-UP CHARGES:        First order only unless changes are made. Set-Ups inactive for 4 or more years are destroyed
                                       and new charges when re-ordering unless prior arrangements have been made.
OVER-UNDER RUNS:     Up to 5%. Orders for exact quantity are subject to under runs. Charged accordingly
CONFIRMATIONS:         We require written confirmation on all orders. We cannot be responsible for errors in items,
                                       quantities, color, etc. when confirmation with order instructions has not been received.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:  We acknowledge receipt of all orders within 48 hours. Via Fax or Email.
LESS THAN MINIMUM:   NOT AVAILABLE.
RUSH CHARGES:            Contact us for availability. Depends on current workload.
PRICES:                          Subject to change without notice, Although we do our best to keep website prices current,
                                        plastic is a raw commodity that is subject to market fluctuation.
LARGER QUANTITIES:    Need a larger quantity than listed in our normal product description?  Contact our customer
                                        service department for a competitive volume quote.
PACKAGING:                  All items are bulk packed except for membership plaques which are individually poly-bagged
                                       and bulk packaged.
GUARANTEE:                We guarantee the workmanship from defects, we reserve the right to fix or replace any product
                                       found to be defective. Defective goods must be reported to us within 5 Days of receipt.
                                       Goods returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization will be rejected.
FOB:                               Plant. Either Daytona Florida or Northern Ohio.
